After our in-depth, in-home consultation, we will develop design plans, color schemes to suit your personal tastes and lifestyle needs. I’ll help you transform your ideas into reality. Your home will have the warmth and comfort you have wanted. $100.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
Interior Redesign (One-Day Room Makeover): I’ll arrive at a scheduled time, review any last instructions with you and then you leave! Your room will be transformed using treasures you already own. Upon your return, you’ll discover a room renewed, refreshed, refined. A Single Room Redesign can begin for as little as $350.00. (Redesign Services quoted based on the size / scope of project after initial consultation.)
Color Consulting: Nothing influences our moods or fills our homes like color. Allow me to assist you in making just the right choice. I’ll evaluate the effect of natural and artificial light, the flow of color from room to room and the basic use of the space; then I’ll coordinate color suggestions sure to beautify your home.$100.00 per hour (one hour minimum)
Client Shopping: You’re welcome to use the convenience of having me choose those oh-so-right pieces to truly transform your home. We can either shop together or I’ll gladly do so on my own. Additionally, I’ll pass on to you any designer discounts I receive. $75.00 per hour
Real Estate Staging: If your goal is to propel the sale of your home as well as enhance its profit potential, then allow me to assist you. My consultations start with a complete walk-through giving you a detailed analysis of your home's special features, as well as the trouble spots. You’ll then be advised how to specifically showcase your home – from curb appeal, to room-by-room assessments, to what repairs and investments may be needed, all in prioritized order. Initial evaluation - $200.00 minimum, Staging - $100.00 per hour.
Holiday Decoration: “The most wonderful time of the year” can be even more so. Why not take the hectic out of the holidays? Let me assist you. We will review the decorations you have, and then add others as needed to create the radiance and magic of season throughout your home. $65.00 per hour.
